Nope, the most expensive money-sink will become 'Fissure of Snow' armor, it requires 1337 frozen ectos & 1337 candy cane shards

Because the Frozen Ectos are just too 1337, anyone who fnds one is instantly blinded by its beauty, and cant pick them up.

Are Clay bricks secretly used for upgrading guild halls, and the reason why no one has upgraded there hall is that fact there can only Ever be one of these items in gw at a time, and its in the account of player who left guild wars a week after it started?
